Russia prolongs AD investigation into nickel imports
07/04/2010 12:00
Russia's Ministry for Industry & Trade has published an announcement (enactment #237 of March 26th 2010) on the prolongation of the anti dumping investigation into imports of nickel bearing stainless steel flat products from China, Korea, Brasil and South Africa.
The investigation, started on March 27th 2009, now has been lengthened for three months more till June 27th 2010. The prospects of this investigation remain vague. After the anti dumping against the EU ended on March 20th 2010, there is no reason in banning imports from South Asia, Brasil and Africa.
