Russia Probes Chinese Steel Pipes After TMK Dumping Complaint

Russia’s Industry Ministry started an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese cold-rolled seamless pipes after complaints by domestic pipemakers OAO TMK and ChelPipe.
The pipes are used in machinery, chemical, nuclear and oil and gas sectors, the ministry said in a statement.
