India might impose anti-dumping duty on US, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, major importers of solar cells

NEW DELHI: India might impose anti-dumping duty on four major importers of solar cells and modules in the country after listening to the grievances of domestic manufacturers. Local producers have filed a case last year, alleging that countries such as the US, China, Malaysia and Taiwan were exporting solar equipment to India at "ridiculously low prices" which was "bleeding the local industry".

SEOUL, KOREA- American steel companies sent a petition to the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate whether Korean steel suppliers, including SeAH Steel, Husteel, and other eight steel pipe makers, are dumping their steel pipes in the U.S. market. According to U.S. Steel, Korean-made steel pipes cost only 70 percent of the world average.
USITC votes for AD probe on welded stainless steel pressure pipes from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam

The United States International Trade Commission last weekend determined that there is a reasonable indication that a US industry is materially injured by reason of imports of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value.
