The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) today announced its determinations in its preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty cases concerning imports of certain sodium and potassium phosphate salts from China that are allegedly subsidized and sold in the United States at less than fair value.

The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is threatened with material injury by reason of imports of certain seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from China that are allegedly subsidized and sold in the United States at less than fair value.
