USITC today (November 19) determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of grain-oriented electrical steel from China, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Korea, Poland, and Russia that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value and that are allegedly subsidized by the government of China.
