While the business community eagerly waits to see the implementation of the legislation for ‘anti-dumping and countervailing measures’, WTO, Geneva, Counsellor Clarisse Morgan asserted that establishing a trade remedy system in any given country, regardless of the size, is a concentrated exercise.
