New Zealand - final anti-dumping duties imposed on peaches

The New Zealand Minister of Commerce has made a final determination regarding a dumping investigation into preserved peaches from Spain.
The antidumping investigation concerns peaches in preserving liquid that are in containers up to and including 4 kg. (HS 2008.70.09)
An investigation has found that preserved peaches imported from Spain during the period of investigation were dumped and are threatening to cause material injury to the New Zealand industry.
Anti-dumping duties have been imposed on further imports of the subject goods as from 4 August 2011.
