Ministry of Commerce Announcement No.42, 2005 on Prolonging Anti-dumping Investigation on Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane

Ministry of Commerce released announcement on Jul 16, 2005, deciding to carry out anti-dumping investigation on Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane originating from Japan, United States, Britain and Germany with the tariff codes under the items of 29310000,38249090 and 39100000 in Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China.

With the consideration of the specialties and complexities of the case, Ministry of Commerce decides to prolong the investigation period for another 6 months to Jun 16, 2006 in accordance with relevant regulation of Anti-dumping Measures of the People’s Republic of China item No.26.
