Mexico Launches Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on China's Plastic Pencil Sharpeners

On June 8, 2011, Mexico's official newspaper released a notice of Mexico's Ministry of Economic Affairs on launching anti-dumping sunset review on China-made plastic pencil sharpeners.
The involved products are under HS Code 8214.10.01, the investigation period for dumping is from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2011, and the period for injury is set from June 1, 2006 to March 31, 2011.
During the investigating periods, the set anti-dumping duties should remain unchanged.
