ITC to Conduct Full Wood Bedroom Sunset Review

The ITC reviews antidumping cases on their five-year anniversary, and based on input from the affected domestic industry and foreign manufacturer respondents, has the option to conduct an expedited review or a more time-consuming full review of the antidumping order.

According a Federal Register notification Thursday(http://edocket.access.gpo.gov/2010/2010-6622.htm), the ITC "found that the
domestic interested party group response to its notice of institution ... was adequate and the respondent interested party group response was inadequate." The ITC also found "other circumstances warranting a full review."
