Indonesia: KADI initiated sunset review on antidumping duty imposed on Hot Rolled Coil (HRC)

Based on the application of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk. which represents the domestic industry, KADI (Komite Anti Dumping Indonesia) initiated a sunset review on antidumping duty imposed on hot rolled coil (HS No. 7208.10.00.00, 7208.08.25.00, 7208.26.00.00, 7208.27.00.00, 7208.36.00.00, 7208.37.00.00, 7208.38.00.00, 7208.39.00.00, and 7208.90.00.00) from China, India, Russia, Taiwan, and Thailand.
The review will analyze whether that the expiry of the duty would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury towards the domestic industry of the like product.
