India's Final Antidumping Sunset-Review Ruling on China's Sodium Formaldehyde Sulfoxylate

On June 17, 2011, India made its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on China's sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate, continuing anti-dumping duties per the final ruling released on February 20, 2006:

For the manufacturer Wuxi Dongtai Fine Chemical Industry Limited Liability Company and the exporter Wuxi Greenapple Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., the anti-dumping duty is USD 471.91 per ton;

For the manufacturer Wuxi Dongtai Fine Chemical Industry Limited Liability Company, and any export company, the anti-dumping duty is USD 471.91 per ton;

Otherwise in general, the anti-dumping duty is USD 657.87 per ton.

In 2010, India launched anti-dumping sunset-review investigation on China's sodium formaldehyde sulfoxylate.
