India's A-D Midterm-Review Investigation on Taiwanese Acetones

On April 15, 2011, at the request of Chang Chun Plastics Co., Ltd., Chinese Taipei and Formosa Chemical & Fibre Corporation, Chinese Taipei, India launched anti-dumping midterm review investigation on acetones originating in China's Taiwan. The involved products are under HS code 29141100.

The investigation period for dumping is from October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010, and that for injury includes fiscal years 2007/08, 2008/09, 2009/10 and the said investigation period for dumping (October 1, 2009 till September 30, 2010).

In 2006, India launched the anti-dumping investigation on acetones from China's Taiwan province, and in 2008 made an affirmative ruling on this case.
