Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 concerns protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community.
In July 2010, the European Commission announced it was initiating an anti-dumping proceeding under Art. 5 of Regulation 1225/2009 with regard to imports into the EU of tris(2-chloro-1-methylethyl)phosphate (TCPP) originating in China.
The proceeding was initiated in response to a complaint lodged in June 2010 by the European Chemical Industry Council (CEFIC).
On 16 June 2011, CEFIC formally withdrew its complaint. In response, the Commission has decided to terminate the anti-dumping proceeding by this Decision which enters into force on 11 August 2011.
