EU Tells Coming Anti-dumping Expiry on Chinese Silicomanganese

On April 24, 2012, the EU Commission announced that its antidumping (AD) measures on silicomanganese from China will expire on December 6, 2012 and the EU enterprises are required to submit their petition to the Commission for the antidumping sunset review from the announcement date till 3 months before the formal expiry date.
The silicomanganese products are covered by HS Codes 72023000 and ex81110011.
The EU launched the antidumping probe in September 2006 and made its affirmative final ruling in December 2007.
