EU Tells Coming Anti-dumping Expiry on Chinese Dicyandiamide

On April 20, 2012, the EU Commission announced that EU antidumping measures on China-made dicyandiamide will expire on November 16, 2012 and therefore EU enterprises should submit their petition for an antidumping sunset review from the announcement date till 3 months before the formal expiry date.
The EU started the antidumping investigation under HS Code 29262000 in August 2006 and made an affirmative final ruling in November 2007.
