EU Takes Anti-dumping New-Exporter Review on Taiwanese PET

On July 18, 2012, the European Commission started an antidumping (AD) review for new exporter on PET (polyethylene terephthalate) made in Chinese Taiwan at the request of Taiwanese Lealea Enterprise Co., Ltd., which is under HS Code 39076020.
The Commission states in an announcement that, from the announcing date, the EU will suspend the antidumping duty on Lealea Enterprise Co. and make records of the imports from it, with the antidumping duty effective till the institution date.
