EU Takes Anti-dumping Midterm Review on China's Steel Fasteners

On June 6, 2012, requested by Bulten Fasteners (China) Co., Ltd., the European Commission launched its antidumping (AD) midterm-review probe on the steel-made fasteners from China under EU consolidated HS Codes ex73181290, ex73181491, ex73181499, ex73181559, ex73181569, ex73181581, ex73181589, ex73181590, ex73182100, ex73182200.
Bulten Fasteners (China) states that, on the strength of evidences, it should be given a separate duty rate during the original review.
