EU revokes anti-dumping on Chinese frozen strawberries

On April 17, 2012, the EU Commission announced that it has decided to revoke from April 18, 2012 the antidumping (AD) measures on frozen strawberries from China, which are under HS Codes 08111011, 08111019 and 08111090, because it received no petition for its antidumping sunset-review investigation from EU enterprises.
The EU started the antidumping probe in January 2006 and made an affirmative final ruling in April 2007.
