Council Regulation (EC) No 1225/2009 concerns protection against dumped imports from countries not members of the European Community.
Under that act, Commission Regulation (EU) No 118/2011 imposed a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain ring binder mechanisms originating in Thailand.
That Regulation was adopted in response to a complaint lodged in April 2010 by Ring Alliance Ringbuchtechnik GmbH.
Following an investigation by the European Commission, this Regulation imposes a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain ring binder mechanisms, currently falling within CN code ex 8305 10 00, and originating in Thailand.
It enters into force on 10 August 2011.
