The EU has initiated an interim review on anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of furfuraldehyde from China.
The Commission has received information that Chinese prices have increased as a result of long-term growth in the domestic demand for the product.
The Commission also notes that the composition of the EU industry has changed and that this may have an impact on the injury findings.
The review will look at whether, in light of this information, the continued imposition of the measure Is necessary.
