On Oct. 13, 2011, the EU formally released its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on manual pallet trucks, deciding to continue levying anti-dumping duties on China-made trucks at rates of 7.6%-46.7%.
This sunset review launched officially in July 2010. The anti-dumping duties were started on China-made products in 2005.
The product scope involved was confirmed through 2008's mid-term review and expanded to Thailand-made products through 2009's anti-circumvention probe.
