EU Anti-Dumping Mid-Term Review Probe on China's Hand Fork Lifters
23/02/2012 12:00
On February 14, 2012, the European Commission announced launching the antidumping (AD) mid-term review investigation into China-made hand fork lifters and their main parts/accessories.
The review is actively conducted by the European Commission, which thinks that there are adequate evidences indicating that the basis of antidumping and anti-circumvention measures on such Chinese products has changed and the change is ongoing, so that current measures are not enough to offset the injury caused by the dumping.
The involved products are under EU combined HS codes ex84279000 and ex84312000.
The investigation period for dumping is from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
