EU Anti-dumping Duties on Folder Metal Parts from China

On September 4, European Commission website announced that the EU has decided, through a sunset review, to continue its antidumping (AD) duties on folder metal parts from China at the duty rates of 27.1%-47.4%.
In April 2005, the EU started its antidumping probe on folder bow-shape mechanical devices from China;
In July 2006, the EU finally ruled the antidumping duties of 27.1%-47.4%.
