Egypt Takes Anti-Dumping Sunset-Review Probe on China's Ball Pens

Recently, Egypt Ministry of Trade & Industry announced launching the antidumping (AD) sunset-review investigation into China-made ball-point pens. The investigation period for dumping is from January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.
In January 2006, Egypt launched the antidumping investigation; in January 2007, it made an affirmative ruling to impose the antidumping duty for 5 years.
