Colombia Starts Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on China's Welded Chains

Recently, Colombia foreign-trade authority noticed China that the country has issued its no. 033 resolution to initiate the anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on China-made welded chains (HS Code 73158200).

Involved Chinese producers and exporters can download and fill in the review questionnaire (http://www.mincomercio.gov.co/publicaciones.php?id=2117), and then send the completed questionnaire, required to be in Spanish and attached with official translation, to the trade practice section of foreign trade department under Colombia ministry of trade and industry by March 23, 2012; based on cogent reason, the deadline can be prolonged 10 days after proper application.
