Taiyuan (CNS) -- World's largest stainless steel maker Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group is actively working on a proper response to Brazil's anti-dumping investigation against stainless steel producers in China and some other countries, announced the state firm on Tuesday.
The trade value amounts to only US$ one or two million, not so significant in the company's total trade turnover, commented Li Qiang, an official with the Shanxi Provincial Department of Commerce.
The Brazilian government recently launched an anti-dumping investigation over several stainless steel products imported from South Africa, Germany, China, Korea and the U.S., according to the Chinese Ministry of Commerce.
