Canadian Anti-Dumping Midterm Review on China's Mattress Spring Components

On Dec. 7, 2011, the Canada Border Service Agency announced its launch of anti-dumping (AD) midterm-review probe into China-made mattress-used spring components in order to re-determine their normal value and export prices.
On April 27, 2009, the Agency started the anti-dumping probe, involving products under HS Codes 94041000.00, 94042900.00 and 73202090.10.
On Oct. 26, 2009, it made out a final ruling that involved Chinese enterprises had the dumping margin of 0.0%-147.4%.
