Canada Sunset-Review Ruling on Hot-rolled Carbon Steel Plates from China

On August 23, 2012, the Canada Border Services Agency announced its antidumping (AD) sunset-review final ruling on hot-rolled carbon steel medium plates from China, holding that revoking the antidumping order would lead to continuation or recurrence of the Chinese dumping activities.
It is expected that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal will make its ruling on January 8, 2013 for the Chinese dumping and injury.
On February 13, 1997, the Canada Border Services Agency launched the antidumping probe under HS Codes 72085110.00, 72085199.10, 72085199.91, 72085199.92, 72085199.93, 72085199.94, 72085199.95, 72085219.00, 72085290.10, 72085290.91, 72085290.92, 72085290.93, 72085290.94 and 72085290.95.
It is expected that the Canadian International Trade Tribunal will make its ruling on January 8, 2013 for the Chinese dumping and injury.
