Canada Final Two-Anti Rulings on Chinese Stainless-Steel Sinks

On April 24, 2012, the Canada Border Service Agency announced its final antidumping and anti-subsidy rulings on the stainless steel sinks from China, which are under HS Codes 7324.10.00.11, 7324.10.00.19, 7324.10.00.21, 7324.10.00.29.

On October 27, 2011, the Agency launched the two-anti probes, and on January 20, 2012, it finally ruled antidumping duties 21.1%-55% and anti-subsidy duties 0.1%-19.5% on Chinese enterprises involved.
