Brazil Takes Anti-dumping Expiry Review on Chinese Desk Fans

On August 6, Brazil's foreign-trade ministry announced starting its antidumping (AD) expiry review on desk fans (ventiladores de mesa) imported from China under Mercosur HS Code 84145110.
Since China is not regarded as a market economy, the Brazilian authority chooses the value of the products from Colombia as the normal value of those from China.
The enterprises involved should submit their answers to questionnaire within 40 days from the questionnaire sending date and other interested parties can apply to the Brazilian authority for participation in the probe within 20 days from the announcing date.
