Brazil: Initiation of antidumping investigation on other amino-resins from Belgium, China and the U.S.

On June 8, 2011, the Government of Brazil initiated an antidumping investigation on other amino-resins from Belgium, China and the U.S.
This investigation was requested by Bayer, S.A. The enterprise accounts for 100% of Brazil´s production of this type of chemical.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following item of the MERCOSUR Harmonized System: 3909.30.20.
