Brazil Anti-dumping Duties on China & U.S. Poly-MDI

On October 31, Brazil's foreign-trade commission announced its termination of antidumping (AD) probes on importing poly-MDI (diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate) under Mercosur HS Code 3909.30.20 with levy of antidumping duties for 5 years on those from the U.S. and China as below:
For Chinese enterprises, the antidumping duties are USD 619.27/ton-USD 1,079.68/ton;
For U.S. enterprises, the antidumping duties are USD 418.73/ton-USD 838.08/ton.
