Argentina Takes Final Anti-Dumping Measures on Chinese Suits

On January 30, 2012, the Secretariat for International Trade of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance of Argentina sent a note to China's Economic and Commercial Counselor's Office in Argentina that, according to the Resolution No. 349, 2011 of Argentina Ministry of Industry, it has decided to terminate the antidumping (AD) investigation on China's men or children suits and jackets and take the measure of FOB floor price at USD 81.5 each.
The involved products are under Mercosur HS codes 6203.11.00, 6203.12.00, 6203.19.00, 6203.22.00, 6023.23.00, 6023.29.10, 6203.29.90, 6203.31.00, 6203.32.00, 6203.33.00 and 6203.39.00.
Such measures are valid for 5 years from January 4, 2012.
