According to Argentine official news, recently, Argentina's foreign-trade secretariat issued its Resolution No. 52 of 2012 to launch an antidumping (AD) probe on China/Brazil-made vulcanized-rubber-made conveyor belts (Mercosur HS Code 40101200), which are 300mm or more wide and reinforced with textile materials.
As required by the Argentine, Chinese enterprises involved should send the completed questionnaire within 30 days following their receipt to the unfair competition office under the foreign-trade secretariat.
The interested parties can present their proofs till the 10th workday from the issue date of a preliminary ruling.
Additionally, within 10 workdays from June 1, the interested parties can submit their comments on Argentine choice of Brazil as the surrogate country for calculating the normal value of the China-made products.
