On July 20, 2011, Argentina on its official journal released Resolution No. 442, 2011, of Argentina's Ministry of Industry, deciding not to launch antidumping investigation on China's phosphoric acid (under Mercosur HS code 2809.20.11).
Argentina's investigation agency judged that the application didn't meet the criteria for registration as there were no enough proofs to prove material injury or threatening caused to Argentina's local industry.
