Argentina launches anti-dumping sunset review on China’s Aluminium Phosphide

Recently, Argentina officially released the Resolution No. 279, 2011 of its Ministry of Industry, deciding to launch anti-dumping (AD) sunset review on aluminium phosphide (pesticide) (under Mercosur HS code 38089195) originating in China.
The related parties can go to Argentina's Ministry of Industry and get questionnaires.
Argentina plans to calculate the normal value of China's products by taking Chile as a substitute country, and related parties can submit comments and objection on choosing substitute country within 10 working days from June 16, 2011.
