Argentina initiates AD investigation vinyl chloride

The Government of Argentina, by means of Resolution 461/2011, opened an anti-dumping investigation on imports of pure poly products (vinyl chloride), obtained by a suspension process, presented in primary original forms from the United States of America (N.C.M. 3904.10.10).
The opening of the investigation was requested by local producer Solvay Indupa S.A.I.C.
The dumping margin for the purpose of opening the investigation was calculated to be 86,77%.
