Argentina Initial Injury Ruling on Chinese Tiles

On April 20, Argentina's foreign-trade authority announced a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling that an Argentinean industry is materially injured by the unglazed floor tiles and facing tiles imported from China, and required the interested parties to submit relevant evidential materials no later than May 8, 2012.
