Argentina: Final antidumping duties against certain type of hypodermic syringes from China.

On March 15, 2011, the Government of Argentina adopted antidumping duties against hypodermic syringes, with or without their needles from China. The measure consists of an antidumping margin of 17.67% for all Chinese enterprises.
The antidumping investigation was initiated on January 20, 2011, upon request of the Argentinean enterprise Productos Médicos Descartables S.A.
The products subject to the antidumping duties are classified under the following tariff codes of the MERCOSUR Harmonized System: 9018.31.11 and 9018.31.19.
