On September 03, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2703/QD-BCT on conducting and applying anti-dumping measures on Cold-rolled (Cold-pressed) Steels Under Plate and Coil form imported into Vietnam originating from the People's Republic of China  (case number AD08).
 

On August 5, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2334/QD-BCT on conducting investigation and application of anti-dumping measures some plastic products and products by Plastic made from polymers and propylene imported into Vietnam originating from the People's Republic of China, Kingdom of Thailand and Malaysia (case number AD07).

 

On April 16, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued a Decision on the initiation of an investigation into anti-dumping measures on fiber board wood products imported into Vietnam originating from Kingdom of Thailand (Thailand) and Malaysia (case number AD06).

On January 01, 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 33/QĐ-BCT on an investigation into anti-dumping measures on bar, stick and shaped aluminum, alloy or non-alloy products imported into Vietnam imported from the People's Republic of China (China (case number AD05).

On June 18, 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 1711/QD-BCT on anti-dumping measures application on coated steel products imported into Vietnam originating from the People’s Republic of China (China) and the Republic of Korea (Korea) (case number AD04)

On October 5, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3993/QD-BCT on the initiation of an investigation into anti-dumping measures on H-shaped steel products imported into Vietnam originating from the People's Republic of China including Hong Kong (China) (case number AD03).

On March 3, 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 818/QD-BCT on the initiation of an investigation into anti-dumping measures on Galvanized Steel products imported into Vietnam from the People's Republic of China (China) and the Republic of Korea (Korea) (case number AD02).

This was an anti-dumping investigation initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam on July 2, 2013 against imports of certain cold-rolled stainless steel from the People's Republic of China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia and Indonesia.
