On January 21, 2022, the Directorate General of Trade Remedies of India (DGTR) announced an anti-dumping initiation on vinyl tiles other than in roll or sheet form originating or imported from Vietnam, China, and Taiwan (Case No. AD (OI) -16/2021).

2. Petitioner: Welspun India Co., Ltd, Welspun Flooring, Welspun Global Brands

 

3. Good in investigation: Vinyl tiles other than in roll or sheet form under HS codes 3918.10.90; 3918.10.10, 3918.90.10, 3918.90.20 và 3918.90.90

 

4. Investigation period: (i) Anti-dumping activities: October 01, 2020 to September 30, 2021; (ii) Damages: 2018 to 2021
