Trade Remedies Administration is an organization under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, performing the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Industry and Trade in state management and organization law enforcement agencies in the areas of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy and safeguard.

With the objective of summarizing the activities implemented in 2024, including: (i) Global trade situation and trends in the application of trade remedy measures in 2024; (ii) Enforcement of trade remedy laws in 2024; (iii) Support for enterprises in handling foreign trade remedy investigations against Vietnam's exports in 2024; and (iv) Capacity building in trade remedies; the Trade Remedies Administration has finalized and published the "2024 Trade Remedies Report."
