Trade Remedies Administration is an organization under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, performing the function of advising and assisting the Minister of Industry and Trade in state management and organizing the implementation of laws in the fields of anti-dumping, anti-subsidy, and safeguard measures.

The purpose is to summarize the activities implemented in 2023, including the following contents: (i) Global trade situation and trends in the application of trade defense measures in the world in 2023; (ii) The situation of the implementation of trade defense laws in Vietnam in 2023; (iii) The situation of trade defense cases investigated by foreign countries against Vietnamese export goods in 2023; (iv) Work to enhance trade defense capacity and early warning of goods at risk of trade defense investigations. The Trade Remedies Administration has completed and published the "Trade Remedies Report 2023".
