Goods in investigation: Plywood under HSK codes: 4412.31.4011, 4412.31.4019, 4412.31.4021, 4412.31.4029, 4412.31.5010, 4412.31.5090, 4412.31.6010, 4412.31.6090, 4412.31.7010, 4412.31.7090, 4412.33.4010, 4412.33.4020, 4412.33.5000, 4412.33.6000, 4412.33.7000, 4412.34.4010, 4412.34.4020, 4412.34.5000, 4412.34.6000, 4412.34.7000, 4412.39.9000, 4412.99.4100, 4412.99.5100, 4412.99.6100, 4412.99.9100 originating from Vietnam.

3. Investigation period: From July 01, 2018 to June 30, 2019.

4. Petitioner: Korea Plywood Association.

5. Provisional anti-dumping measures: 

On May 29, 2020, the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued Decision No. 2020-14 on the application of provisional anti-dumping measures to a number of plywood products from Vietnam. The measures were applied from May 29, 2020 to September 28, 2020.

On September 25, 2020, the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued Decision No. 2020-26 to extend the application period of provisional anti-dumping measures. The extension period was from September 29, 2020 to November 28, 2020.

6. Official anti-dumping measures:

On September 17, 2020, the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued Decision No. 2020-20 on applying official anti-dumping measures on plywood originating from Vietnam.

7. Sunset review:

On July 03, 2023, the Ministry of Economy and Finance issued a Decision on the sunset review of the anti-dumping measures application on plywood products originating from Vietnam under HSK codes 4412.31; 4412.33; 4412.34; 4412.39; 4412.91; 4412.92 và 4412.99.
