This was an Antidumping Duty and Countervailing Duty Investigations against Imports of Chinese Taipei, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam, initiated by Canada on July 21, 2014.

The countries subject to the investigation include India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam, and Chinese Taipei (Chinese Taipei was not subject to the countervailing duty investigation in this case).

4. Final Review

On 6 September 2022, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) issued the final determination of the anti-dumping duty review concerning imports of OCTG from India, Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, Korea, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.

According to the final determination, except for certain exporters from Chinese Taipei, India, and Korea that provided additional information during the re-investigation and were granted company-specific dumping margins, the anti-dumping duty applicable to all remaining exporters, including those from Vietnam, was set at 37.4%.

5. Expiry Review

On 1 December 2025, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) issued a notice of initiation of an expiry review concerning the anti-dumping duty order on the above-mentioned products.
