On December 26, 2024, the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) of India initiated an anti-dumping investigation (ADI) on nylon filament yarn originating or exported from China and Vietnam.

1. Date of initiation of investigation: 26/12/2024
2. Item under investigation: Nylon filament yarn has HS codes: 54021910; 54021990; 54023100; 54023200; 54024500; 54025100; 54026100 and 54021920 (HS codes are for reference only, detailed product description see the initiation notice).
3. Plaintiff: Century Enka Private Limited, Gujarat Polyfilms Private Limited, Oriilon India Private Limited.
