India imposes duty on Chinese and Thai non-radial tyres

The Indian Finance Ministry has imposed anti-dumping duties on cross-ply tyres from China and Thailand. According to the revenue department, these duties will be in place for at least five years. As a WTO strategy to protect the domestic industry against cheaper imports, anti-dumping duty will also be implemented on some tubes and flaps. Thai imports will see an anti-dumping duty of $0.86/kg.
Colombia Keeps Antidumping Duty on China Socks

On February 15, 2013, Colombia's foreign trade authority issued its No.0019 resolution, giving a final ruling for anti-dumping sunset review on socks from China that a three-year anti-dumping duty should be continued, with USD 0.79/pair as the floor price; if an FOB export price is lower than the floor price, their difference should be levied as the anti-dumping duty.
EU imports ‘hurt SA agro-processing firms’

SOUTH African agro-processing firms are struggling to compete against imports from the European Union (EU) that enter the local market duty-free because of the trade and co-operation agreement South Africa has with the EU, International Trade Administration Commission (Itac) chief commissioner Siyabulela Tsengiwe said on Wednesday.
