The World Trade Organization confirmed on appeal on Thursday its ruling partially in favor of Argentina in its dispute with the European Union over duties the bloc imposes on imported biodiesel.

The Vietnam Competition Authority (VCA) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the Department of Foreign Trade (DFT) under the Thailand Ministry of Commerce has announced the final decision for an anti-dumping investigation into stainless steel pipes and tubes imported from South Korea, China, Taiwan and Vietnam. Accordingly, Thailand will impose an antidumping tariff of 310.74 per cent on stainless steel pipes and tubes imported from Vietnam.
