Digital Offset Printing Plates - India investigates anti-dumping measures

On May 16, 2019, The Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) announced the initiation of an anti-dumping  (AD) investigation on Digital Offset Printing Plates originating from China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China) and Vietnam.

1. Initiated date: May 16, 2019
 

2. Goods under investigation: Digital Offset Printing Plates – HS Code: 844250; 3701.3000, 3704.0090, 3705.1000, 7606.1190, 7606.9190 và 7606.9290.
 

3. Petitioner: Technova Imaging Systems (P) Ltd.
